![]() ![]() If you're not looking at a 10/10 game, then it automatically turns into a piece of turd in the eyes of the general public. Looking at some Reddit and YouTube reviews of Starfield and I got the feeling many people will hate GTA VI no matter what. We will see, but lol, I’m gonna enjoy the hell out of it anyway. I think when VI drops we will have crowds of people saying it’s too small, etc. That said, I agree that it has been tainted before they released it. Some things should be improved (junk & traits), but it’s honestly great. I would say it’s a “Bethesda game” rather than saying it has flaws like other people do. I gotta say - and this is coming from a person who absolutely couldn’t get into Fallout 4 or 76 even with mods (because of BS story) despite it being a great franchise - I genuinely enjoy Starfield. I have never played a game from Bethesda before, I am not crazy about the sci-fi genre besides some very small exceptions here and there, but I still see it as a really interesting game, the only thing that is a bit iffy to me is the technical side of it from what I have seen, the PC version has some issues. ![]() This game is also tainted by the console exclusivity, many "negative" opinions are just hidden exclusivity complains in reality. but I'm sure they have some devs that can be understood better. i get that ubisoft wants devs to be a part of the video. and they couldn't understand me very well. i called a place to order pizza and i can't understand wtf they were saying. just like so many places you call nowadays are from the middle east. it would be better to just have someone that the gamers understand. i would rather watch the gameplay without commentary. i was watching an assassins creed mirage gameplay video a few days ago. Which PR department started this? And why did they think it was a good idea? And why do devs keep doing it? Like, you're not having a conversation, you know it and we know it. I can understand this in live events yeah, but not during pre-recorded videos.Īlthough I'm gonna say that I do have an issue with this new trend that's been happening for the past few years where devs sit opposite each other, ask themselves questions (instead of talking to the audience in the camera) as if they don't know what's going on in their own damn game all the while making some really unfunny scripted jokes and laughing at themselves. Hiring someone to do a presentation like that, with a script.ĭon't get me wrong it's nice to know when devs are excited about their own games, but damn, as someone who's watching a gameplay video, I don't want to focus more on the guy who's either, not speaking English very well, is nervous and stuttering, or running out of breath when trying to show off gameplay. I wish more devs presented their games in such a style. Rockstar could accidentally confirm the validity of the said leak should it decide to take down the videos in question, a mistake often repeated by many trigger-happy developers.Imagine when the GTA 6 version hits. While it is entirely possible that the videos in question could be high-quality fakes, the sheer number of unfinished elements bear all the markings of a game in early stages of development. Then again, it could also be an instance of Rockstar optimizing GTA 6 for older hardware. However, the test rig appears to be running an aged Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 at 720p with HDR disabled, indicating that it could have been recorded quite some time ago. There is no telling how old the clips in question are. A supposed interaction with an in-game NPC confirms links to the GTA 5 universe by referencing "Lifeinvader", an in-game social media platform that was a pivotal element of the game's plot. It also gives us a peek into GTA 6's swimming mechanics and inventory system, both in very early stages. Another scene, set in a strip club shows the same character in an entirely different setting.Ī Twitter thread by shows a second male protagonist exploring what appears to be Vice City, marking the return to one of the franchises' most revered locations. One can also see the refreshed UI, placeholder dialogues and the quintessential "Star" system. ![]() It also confirms earlier speculations about the game featuring a female protagonist. The video in question shows an early version of GTA 6 playing out what could be one of the game's first missions. Now, some GTA 6 gameplay has supposedly been leaked on YouTube and Twitter. Some estimates suggest that it could not see the light of day until 2024. The company has put out zero teasers of the game since, indicating that it is quite a while away from release. It has been a while since Rockstar officially confirmed that GTA 6 was in development. ![]()
